About EdgeUnoEdgeUno is Latin America's leading-edge infrastructure company, delivering internet, cloud, and bare-metal services across more than 40 cities in 20 countries.Headquartered in Miami, with a strong presence throughout the region, EdgeUno empowers hyperscalers, carriers, and enterprises to connect faster, operate smarter, and scale confidently.Our mission is simple: "Your Key to LatAm."Role SummaryEdgeUno is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT/IS Team.This role is focused on day-to-day user support, system administration, and operational stability of our internal IT environment.You will provide direct support to internal users, manage Microsoft and macOS environments, and help ensure the proper configuration, availability, and security of corporate systems.This position is hands-on and execution oriented, ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced infrastructure and telecom environment.Core ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Systems AdministrationProvide technical support to internal users in Microsoft Active Directory environments.Support macOS users, including troubleshooting, system configuration, and general administration.Perform general configuration and support activities on Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including access management, device setup, and permissions.Infrastructure & IT OperationsAssist in the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux-based systems.Support basic monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting of internal IT services.Follow established procedures to ensure system stability, availability, and security.Tools & Platforms SupportWork with tools and platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, endpoint management tools, and internal business systems.Assist with documentation of procedures, configurations, and common issues.CollaborationWork closely with IT, Network, and Systems teams to resolve issues and support ongoing improvements.Communicate clearly with users, translating technical issues into practical guidance.RequirementsAdvanced English3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.Hands-on experience supporting users in Microsoft Active Directory environments.Experience supporting macOS users and performing general OS configurations on macOS and Windows.Basic experience with Windows and Linux systems administration.Ability to troubleshoot user level and system level issues independently.Nice to HaveExperience in telecom, hosting, datacenter, or infrastructure related companies is a plus.Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune.Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts.Exposure to scripting or automation for routine tasks.What We OfferCompetitive compensation with regional scope and influence.A strategic role in one of LATAM's fastest-growing digital infrastructure companies.Opportunity to shape technical solutions that drive major revenue growth.Collaborative, multicultural, and execution-driven team.NotePlease submit your resume in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
