About the Role We are looking for Bilingual Support Analyst , who wants to learn and transform his career. Responsibilities Fluent in English for communication with international stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and basic IT troubleshooting. Ability to follow structured processes and suggest improvements. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities. Experience in IT Service Desk is desirable. Basic ITIL certification is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years of experience. Required Skills Fluent in English for communication with international stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and basic IT troubleshooting.
