Buscamos um(a) Business Analyst para atuar na ponte entre negócio e times técnicos em iniciativas de migração para nuvem, com foco em Azure e operações.O(a) profissional apoiará a definição e a execução de estratégias de transformação, garantindo alinhamento com objetivos do negócio e mínima interrupção operacional.Responsabilidades:– Coletar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais (user stories, critérios de aceitação, fluxos e processos).– Conduzir/participar de workshops de requisitos e transformar necessidades do negócio em especificações claras.– Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de migração para Azure, acompanhando testes, validação e cutover.– Colaborar com arquitetos e desenvolvimento para assegurar aderência a padrões Azure e metas de negócio.– Monitorar riscos, propor melhorias de processo e produzir relatórios para decisão.Requisitos:– Graduação em TI, Administração ou áreas correlatas.– Vivência em projetos de cloud/data migration e atuação em operações.– Familiaridade com Azure DevOps (Boards/Repos/Pipelines).– Inglês fluente (ou estudo ativo com boa conversação).– Comunicação clara, visão analítica e trabalho em equipe.– Experiência em métodos ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).
