Job TitleA Data Insights Specialist role that requires a Business Systems Analyst to support the success of our Pay-Per-Use program by identifying, triaging, and resolving data and process discrepancies tied to financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage and resolve data issues within the Pay-Per-Use program by identifying root causes and directing them to the appropriate teams.Maintain and manage the team's issue tracking system, including documentation and validation of outcomes.Troubleshoot and update reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the displayed data.Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed.Collaborate closely with internal finance, technical, and business stakeholders to support billing and revenue-related processes.Requirements3+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role.Proficient in writing SQL queries for data investigation and analysis.Hands-on experience modifying and troubleshooting reports and working with backend data sources.Skilled in managing issues and working across business and technical teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Bonus PointsDemonstrated expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
