Overview
An integral member of the Payments Market Marketing team, the Content Writer will work with the Global Payments Market team to update existing material, generate new content, and identify new ways to reach customers.
The role will focus on attracting customers' interests by creating attractive material with relevant content.
They must be immersed in the global trends of the payments market and also in the individualities of each region where TNS is present worldwide.
As a core part of this job, they will be expected to foster collaboration among internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's messaging and results.

- Research topics and content types that will engage the target audience
- Ensure that the TNS tone and branding are applied consistently to all content produced
- Use SEO best practices when producing content to generate traffic to our site
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Benchmarking TNS content against other industry and competitor content
- Collaborate with other departments and regions to create innovative content ideas
- Report on content success metrics to identify what works and what doesn't and make the necessary changes as needed
Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Fluent in English
- Native Portuguese Speaker
- At least 2 years of B2B writing experience
- Understanding of the global market and the individualities of each region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Availability for meetings in different time zones
- Collaborative and great with people
- Comfortable using MS Office
Desirable Experience
- Experience or awareness of different cultures
- Experience in content strategy
- Experience in payments or in the technology sector
- Experience in SEO
