IT Infrastructure Optimization SpecialistWe are seeking a proactive problem solver with a passion for automation, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement to join our IT organization.The ideal candidate will be critical to the daily operations, maintenance and optimization of our monitoring platforms—Splunk, DynaTrace and NewRelic—and will also support day-to-day ticketing and incident response workflows.Platform Health: Own the health, performance and availability of enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, DynaTrace, NewRelic).System Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance.Incident Management: Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner.Collaboration: Collaborate with application, infrastructure and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility.Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reliability through automation.Benefits: As an IT Infrastructure Optimization Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your skills and expertise, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
