We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Lead Project Administrator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program management activities, creating impactful content, and ensuring the effective execution of initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, program leads, and team members to deliver high-quality results and support the success of the Flutter agencies program.ResponsibilitiesManage and support the execution of the Flutter agencies program, including stakeholder communication, maintaining updated documentation, adhering to schedules, and meeting deadlines, while collaborating with the Program ManagerCreate and develop compelling content in English, such as program documentation, speaker presentations, blog posts, and other materials related to the Flutter programEstablish efficient processes for the program, including tracking KPIs and OKRs through detailed reports and metrics to provide insights to the program leadCollaborate with the program team to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiativesAssist in planning and implementing virtual and in-person events, programs, and campaigns, focusing on engaging developer communities and strengthening customer relationshipsOrganize and host virtual events such as webinars, workshops, and meetups to promote learning and community engagement around the Flutter agencies programRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally in developer relationsA minimum of 1 year of experience in leading and managing teamsExperience in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with a focus on technology products or developer audiencesAbility to conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports to track program performance and measure progress against defined KPIs and OKRsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyA high degree of ownership and independence in day-to-day responsibilitiesFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higherNice to haveFamiliarity with Google technologies, particularly FlutterExperience working with developer communities or technical audiencesProficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and GmailWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionBusiness Development, Information Technology, and EngineeringIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EPAM Systems by 2xSign in to set job alerts for "Project Administrator" roles.Business Analyst (BA) | International ProjectScientific System Administrator - Remote - Latin AmericaWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
