impact.What you'll do for usParticipate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.Identify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others.Ability to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure.Work closely with Architects and Directors to develop clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management.Be proficient in statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) and create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plansWork with Internal Research and Development Teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environmentCreate and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases and document issues and track progress at resolving issues.Ability to design a testing protocol and implement with support from Junior Analysts, with the end goal of automating testing.Work with Cross-Functional Teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.Mentor Junior Analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project.What you'll haveExperience: Implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics organization.Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood mannerPrior experience in planning systems, and exposure to ERP toolsFirsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realizationExperience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementationsEducation: Master's Degree +4 or Bachelor Degree with 6 year experience required.Degrees in the following fields: in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering) with a concentration in operations or analytics.Skills:Supply planning experience and have worked or implemented one or multiple supply planning products is requiredKnowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is requiredKnowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is requiredStrong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data is preferredAbility to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is preferred Coursework and strong background in mathematics and statistics is requiredStrong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration / training skills are requiredAbility to communicate mathematical, technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical or software background is preferredAbility to work in teams,
