Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled digital designer to take on the challenge of bringing websites from concept to completion.Dingus & Zazzy is a global organization dedicated to helping brands grow across every corner of the digital landscape.Our team consists of creatives, strategists, tech experts, and builders who love making brands look, feel, and perform better online.About the Role:Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites in Webflow and WordPress.Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that meet user needs and client goals.Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.Evaluate all designs against UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities.Address design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.Requirements:3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.
