OverviewWorkana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America.Our new segment, Workana Premium, focuses on matching the most exceptional professionals with leading and innovative companies around the globe.Enjoy competitive compensation, dedicated support, and the flexibility of remote work within a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and professional advancement.We are proud to present you with the following opportunity.About Our ClientInktel is a leader in the BPO and contact center industry, working on cutting-edge initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and customer experience through Generative AI.Their mission is to leverage AI-driven innovation to transform customer service, creating scalable and secure solutions that empower businesses and their clients.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Gen AI Software Engineer to join Inktel's AI team and contribute to ongoing BPO and contact center AI projects.This role is ideal for a motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives on building practical, enterprise-level AI solutions.You will collaborate with a small, dynamic team on projects ranging from voice AI agents to backend automation, with flexibility across tech stacks.This is a full-time, long-term position with no fixed end date, offering the opportunity to grow with the company and make a tangible impact on multiple AI-driven initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects.Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems.Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready.Collaborate with the core team (John and Diana) while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challengesRequirements4+ years as a backend software engineer preferably working with PythonProven experience working with AI-driven solutions (focus on implementation, not research)Hands-on experience with enterprise level projects using scalable and secure technologies.Ability to rapidly research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies.Strong understanding of GenAI trends and tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to "hold your own" in a small, dynamic team.Hunger to learn, impact and grow.BenefitsCompensation in USDFully remote work in Latin AmericaCareer growth with international clients and dynamic AI projectsEmployment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelJob function: IT Services and IT ConsultingEmployment type: ContractIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
