UI/UX Designer IILocation: Florianão, SC, Brazil (Hybrid)Application Language: EnglishAbout AnsysAnsys is a global leader in high-performance engineering software.We drive innovation in technology, from chip design to intelligent software, powering the latest advancements in electronics and connectivity worldwide.About the CandidateYou're a creative UI/UX Designer who enjoys building intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.You have a solid grasp of user-centeréd design and are comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams.You value feedback, iteration, and clear communication—especially in English—to ensure alignment across disciplines.ResponsibilitiesDesign and evaluate user interfaces for ANSYS products.Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.Produce videos, images, icons and other marketing materials, organize, communicate and manage design deliverables for current projects and future reference, using presentations and annotated mockups.Review and provide feedback on UX artifacts from other team members.Conduct usability studies and recommend improvements.Organize deliverables and document findings for current and future projects.Communicate design rationale across teams and present solutions clearly, especially in global settings.ImpactEnhance the user experience and usability of ANSYS products.Introduce modern UI trends and best practices.Facilitate collaboration and alignment among design, product, and engineering teams worldwide.Support the development of consistent, scalable design systems.QualificationsBachelor's in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field with 2+ years' experience (or MS).Strong organizational skills and ability to iterate on designs quickly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective interaction with global teams.Preferred QualificationsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools (Figma, XD, Sketch).Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.Experience with video/screen-capture tools (e.g., Camtasia, ElevenLabs) is an advantage.Personal AttributesCreative, detail-oriented, and passionate about UX and visual design.Collaborative and open to feedback.Able to communicate clearly across channels (email, chat, presentations, remote meetings).Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and techniques.TeamYou will be the sole UI/UX Designer on a team dedicated to Ansys Rocky and FreeFlow Testing, Documentation, and Design.In this pivotal role, you'll shape the user experience for these products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and technical writers.While you'll be the only designer on your immediate team, you'll also engage and share best practices with UI/UX designers working on other Ansys products, ensuring consistency and innovation across the broader organization.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits.Salary and additional benefits will be disclosed during the hiring process.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionDesignConsultingEngineeringIndustriesSemiconductor ManufacturingSoftware DevelopmentComputer Hardware Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
