Technical Lead

Location:Remote (Brazil-based)Employment type:Full-time (CLT)Language:Portuguese (fluent), English (professional working proficiency)Salary:R$10K - R$17K /month762 Interactive is looking for a Technical Lead to join our studio and help bring to life Project Kingpin- an ambitious and fresh take on crime-strategy games. We're searching for someone with strong leadership capabilities, deep technical abilities & a passion for delivering awesome projects. You'll be the technical backbone of the studio, overseeing architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers. This role requires both hands-on coding and leadership skills.This is a remote position.Please do not apply if you have not worked in the games industry.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop architectural proposals and guide the vision for engine systems, ensuring they meet desired functionality and performance standards.Propose tools or technologies that could enhance the ability to delivery great engine systems support.Own and drive engine topics and subsequent decision making.Propose and implement solutions to the challenges of performance and scale.Oversee code reviews, workflows, and best practices.Identify technical risks and propose solutions.Stay up-to-date on game dev tools and industry trends.Collaborate closely with design, art, and production teams to integrate features.Lead and mentor a team of developers (Unity/C# focus).Cultivate the team culture in line with the company's values and goals.Requirements6+ years ofprofessional game development experience,with 1+ year of leadership/mentorship role.Strong proficiency with Unity and C#.Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more engine related focus areas, including but not limited to: rendering, tools, physics, asset/build pipeline..etc.System architecture skills.Ability to debug and optimize code.Can think and work creatively while taking the initiative to solve problems.Solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-discipline.Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently.Drive towards professional growth.Fluent in Portuguese; English for daily communication with U.S. leadership.Nice To HaveExperience with strategy / sim / management games is very welcome.Familiarity with analytics, telemetry, or live-ops systems.What We OfferCompetitive salaryCLT Contract with Benefits:Health InsuranceMonthly Meal StipendMonthly Internet / Home Office StipendRemote-first cultureClear growth path: opportunities to advance your career as we scale the team and build the studio.Opportunity to shape the foundation of the studio and game from the ground up.Creative environment where your voice and ideas matter.
