Key Account Manager - Strategic PartnersAt EBANX, you'll help expand access to payments and technology in some of the world's most dynamic markets.We're a unicorn-status fintech, AI-powered, and scaling fast across 29 countries and counting.Our platform connects leading global companies to more than 1 billion consumers, enabling seamless cross-border payments where it matters most.We build with purpose, move with speed, and create solutions that are both innovative and inclusive.If you're looking to be part of a company that's transforming the future of payments with clarity, ambition, and real-world impact — we'd love to meet you.Our Commercial team is responsible for connecting merchants and partners who are reshaping the most promising markets around the world.From prospecting to long-term relationship management, we ensure every partner grows with us and achieves consistent results.It's the talent, dedication, and strategic mindset of this team that build lasting partnerships and drive real impact across the markets we serve.Oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic partners by implementing commercial initiatives designed to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth.Develop and drive a pipeline of new products, market expansion, and share-of-checkout opportunities to increase volume and revenue within a global strategic partner relationship and their merchants.Build and maintain trusted relationships, acting as the voice of the customer: understanding their priorities, pain points, and expansion plans, and communicating these effectively across internal cross-functional teams.Ensure outstanding internal and external communication — address client demands, convey compelling value propositions, and communicate EBANX's product roadmap or sensitive updates clearly.Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to continually improve partner and merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement.Collaborate closely with a diverse cross-functional team (product, marketing, operations, risk, legal, finance) to maximize partner satisfaction and advocacy.Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive landscape and business strategy.Diligently report on sales pipeline progression within Salesforce, requiring strong organization and accuracy.Provide feedback to leadership on how to optimize the sales cycle, enhance sales channels, and strengthen brand positioning.Represent EBANX and its values with professionalism and positivity at all times.Must-haves to shine in this role:Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with a consistent record of exceeding targets.Previous experience of 5 years in the payments industry.Deep understanding of merchant and partner payment environments and needs.Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and solid organizational ability.Proven experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and maintain sales discipline.Ability to translate CRM and data insights into actionable account or territory strategies.Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Tenacious, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.Strong planning, prioritization, and time management discipline.Valid passport and willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time).Fluent English (it will be tested).A secondary language is a plus.EBANX offers:Performance Bonus: Annual bonus program based on company results.EBANX Education: Financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs to support your professional growth.EBANX Skills: Dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops to encourage continuous learning.Language Classes: Language classes to support your personal and professional development.Health & Well-being: Medical and dental plans with extensive coverage, including dependents and wellness programs.Flexible Work Culture: Semi-flexible hours, additional day off on your birthday, and year-end break to support work-life balance.Well-being Program: Access to activities and resources that promote physical and mental health.Learn more about our #ebanxlife on LinkedIn and Instagram, and see what it's like to be part of a global team that breaks barriers, creates opportunities, and celebrates every achievement together.?
