Job DescriptionAs our Accounting Analyst you will join our Financial Department team in Barueri-SP, Brazil where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented tax analyst to join our team.
As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.Tasks include but are not limited to:Analyze financial data and prepare accurate tax returns for various types of taxesResearch complex tax issues and provide recommendations to managementAssist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilitiesConduct regular reviews of tax processes to ensure compliance and efficiency IFSPrepare and review tax provisions for financial statementsCollaborate with internal departments and external consultants on tax-related mattersStay up to date on changes in Brazilian tax laws and regulations, especially in tax reform.Develop and maintain tax-related documentation and support for auditsTax calculation (Monthly)(PIS, Cofins, ISS, INSS, PCC, IR, CIDE, IRRF) -PIS/COFINS FATURAMENTO -IRRF s/ folha e INSSTax report - DCTF (Monthly)Tax report - DCTF Web (Monthly)Tax report - Reinf Monthly)Tax report - ECF (Yearly)Tax report - DIRF (Yearly)Tax report – EFD Contribuição (Monthly)Central Bank report - Bacen (Yearly)Tax and other process with tax authorities -Income tax calculation and report – Lalur (Monthly)Deferred Tax CalculationIncome Tax quarter end reportTax compensation and report – PerdcompCopy of tax receipts -Monthly ClosingReview all tax and reconcile the tax accounts.Tax entries - PIS/COFINSTax entries – Financial Revenue (PIS/COFINS)Tax Calculation on BillingVAT Payment Cashflow reportCT and WHT Cashflow paymentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldMBA in Tax should be a differential3 to 5 years of experience in tax analysis or related fieldPreferably CRC certificationIn-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and regulations,Fluency in Portuguese and English
