On-site- Americana, São Paulo, Brazil- Sales**Job description**:Are you a natural salesperson with persuasive skills who proactively approaches customers with ease?Due to the growth of our organization and our aim to achieve commercial objectives, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (B2B) for our office located in Americana.**What Will You Be Doing?**- Develop initiatives and ideas with your colleagues to meet the established commercial objectives.- Proactively engage with customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction.- Coordinate the entire customer journey, from intake to delivery.- Maintain commercial contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues.- Handle the administrative processing of phone calls and scheduled appointments.- Support account managers and organise customer visits.- Keep the customer database up-to-date.- Follow up on various marketing activities.- Participate in commercial activities, such as trade fairs and exhibitions.**We offer you**Your job satisfaction and personal development are important to us and will receive the necessary attention.Consider options for training and courses.So that you can do what you are best at.Further:- A good salary, in line with your experience and qualifications;- Additional employment conditions;- A full-time job ( hours) in an informal working atmosphere;- Upon the success of the trial period, a permanent position will be offered;- You will be working for an international organization where collegiality, a casual work atmosphere and space for ownership are key words;- Lots of independence and responsibility.**Job requirements**:**What are we asking of you?**- You possess natural persuasive power, making the achievement of commercial objectives no problem for you.- You are proactive in achieving results and come up with initiatives to improve the team's performance.- You have an excellent command of Portuguese, as well as English, in both spoken and written form.- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).- An affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
