Human Resources Manager JobAbout this role:This is a crucial position in building and scaling HR functions across LATAM countries.The Human Resources Manager will provide essential support to our LATAM team members and clients.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with various HR tasks, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams.Working as an integral part of the TurnKey HR and Operations team, contributing to the company's strategy, and attending regular HR team and Company meetings.Coordinate and administer day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs, partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct and lead quarterly HR meetings, and act as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.Developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.Closely working with either clients or the HR team members from organizing client events (online, offline if needed), workshops, team buildings etc.Working with the LATAM HR People Partner on updating existing presentations as needed, as well as maintaining the HR Notion space up to date.Collaborating with core teams from different regions in a multicultural environment.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.3+ years of human resources experience.Experience in tech companies preferred.Client-facing experience.Advanced level of English.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with HRIS.Experience with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite and Notion.Time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.Good level of emotional intelligence.Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to work in diverse and inclusive environments.Learning agility.Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload.Personal Competencies:Growth Mindset.Proactive and enthusiastic.Cultural Competence.Initiative and creativity.Achievement drive and optimism.Can-do attitude.Interpersonal and Communication Skills.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.Tenure Benefits:Your understanding of responsibilitiesYou will get access to extensive training and professional development opportunities.Employee recognition programsFuture Career Development OpportunitiesSchools Best Employee PracticesOnboarding programRecognition Program Appreciation Programs For Top Performers,
