Applicants from any country are welcome to apply if they are within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure collaboration during working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development: Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences and support customer acquisition; stay ahead of industry trends to keep creatives captivating and effective at converting viewers into customers.Collaboration: Work with design teams to transform ideas into compelling ad creatives aligned with brand values and campaign goals; coordinate with designers, user acquisition managers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.Project Management: Oversee production timelines and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining creative vision and impact on customer acquisition.Performance Analysis: Analyze ad creative performance across platforms with User Acquisition Managers; generate and test hypotheses in A/B testing to refine creatives and improve conversion rates; provide regular reports on impact to the Ad Creative Lead.Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor research to understand market benchmarks and identify emerging trends in ad creative production for better positioning and engagement.Collaborative Efforts: Facilitate cross-team collaboration and brainstorming to drive creativity and continuous improvement focused on customer acquisition and retention.QualificationsExperience3+ years in creative production or a similar role, preferably in a tech-focused or consumer product company.Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.Technical SkillsExpertise in digital advertising platforms and performance metrics.Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software.Ability to perform data analysis to extract actionable insights from campaigns.Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production and ability to leverage them for innovative ad creatives.Personal QualitiesStrong creative vision with the ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.AdaptabilityAbility to quickly adapt to new technologies and changes in the digital marketing landscape.Willingness to experiment with new creative ideas and approaches to advertising.LocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
