About UsWe're an innovative technology company specializing in agile development of products and content that cater to real-world interests.Our focus is on creating user-centric offerings that drive significant growth for our partners.We have a global presence, with offices in the United States and Cayman Islands, and collaborate with partners worldwide on next-generation digital experiences.Our growing ecosystem includes innovative products like Weather Now, a sleek app delivering real-time forecasts; Check Heart Rate Now, a quick and easy wellness monitor; and Wave Browser, a powerful and secure way to search the web.What We DoAt our core, we design and develop digital experiences that engage users, enhance daily life, and deliver real-world value.Backed by data and driven by a relentless commitment to quality, we move fast, think big, and build experiences people love.About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Android Engineer to lead development of innovative mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.Main Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Requirements5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Android Launcher experience is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.
