**About the Team**:
- Corporate IT is the backbone of our business.
Our team helps the company to develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements.
As a part of our team, you'll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.
- As a Procurement Analyst at Corporate IT, you will be responsible for IT products procurement to support various business units.
In this position, you will help our team in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organisation.
You will assist follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming IT purchases and supplies.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- To source, negotiate and establish purchases for IT goods and services
- Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming purchases
- Review and analyse spend, vendors/suppliers, commercial terms
- Assist maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Work with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies
- Participate in negotiation for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and propose the best value option from suppliers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Work experience with IT Procurement
- Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process
- Experience in negotiations and networking
- Analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to details
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage
- Advanced English
