We're looking for a **Teacher Admin** to support the magic that happens every day at our school.
You'll handle important administrative tasks and step into the classroom when needed to teach Portuguese to amazing people from around the world.
Your mission?
Help create a welcoming, exciting school atmosphere where foreigners feel at home in Brazil, in Rio, and in our language.
**Responsibilities**:
As our Teacher Admin, you'll be the right hand of the school's Administrative and Coordination teams, making sure everything runs smoothly so students can enjoy the best Portuguese learning experience.
Here's what you'll do:
- Greet and assist students in person, contributing to a **fun and welcoming environment**.
- Work side by side with our academic and admin teams to make the school environment more **engaging for international students**.
- Help manage classroom and teacher schedules.
- Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy.
- Be **part of our in-person teaching team** — you'll also teach Portuguese classes when needed.
- Support internal communication and help coordinate **RioLIVE
Activities** when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven **professional experience with administrative tasks** — you know how to get things done efficiently and with a smile
- **Advanced English** is a must — you'll be helping students from all over the world
- You have a **degree** in any related area.
- Strong **organizational** and **communication skills**.
- A **people person** — warm, helpful, energetic, and ready to make our students feel at home.
- Experience teaching is a **plus**, especially if you've already taught Portuguese to foreigners.
- Comfortable using digital tools and being **AI-literate** — you don't need to be a tech wizard, but you're not afraid of technology and understand how AI can improve tasks.
- Ready to **work**in person** in**Copacabana**, close to the beach**
