Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to join our client's team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the call center and customer experience domain.
Our client is a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce management solutions, helping large enterprises optimize their processes and deliver exceptional service.
With a comprehensive suite of software products, they offer innovative tools that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and improve overall service delivery.

We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture.
Responsibilities
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.
Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to have
Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
Prior work with companies in the contact center domain, such as Genesys, Alvaria, or Five9.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
