###### RESPONSIBILITIES:Be the Commercial Value Creation team's leader for the activities related to new thesis (mainly Stages 5, 6 and 7);Support the definition of the scope and key deliverables for the Commercial stream of the Operational Due Diligences;Assess the target's attractiveness to Patria and the thesis; challenge the key growth assumptions;Conduct strategic (and potentially difficult) discussions with senior executives;Support the execution of value generation projects in portfolio companies, acting to define a clear scope and methodology for the strategic projects with the teams;Be the point of communication between all parties involved in the projects (manager, portfolio companies and partners), supporting analysis, execution, adaptation to deadlines, scope alignment and status visibility - collecting inputs that may support the execution of projects;Summarize analysis and structuring them in business presentations in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making by c-level and private equity executive officers;Support the senior team in the annual budget cycle of portfolio companies, ensuring the quality of the information used and contributing with inputs;Map and detail value capture opportunities identified by the senior team and working together with those investees in the implementation;Provide guidance and reviewing the work developed by the junior team###### REQUIREMENTSUndergraduate Degree concluded, preferably in Engineering, Administration and Economics;Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus+5 years of market experience, preferably in consulting or strategy areas;Strong analytical and financial skills, including a solid understanding of Excel;Experience in building presentations for c-levels, with knowledge of Power Point;Communication skills, interpersonal skills and influence with key stakeholders##### DESIRABLE:Background in consulting and strategy areas of large companies;Experience in the execution of strategic projects in the commercial and/or marketing area (Revenue Management, Go to Market, Sales Excellence, and others);Experience in development and management of junior teamsLI-DNI
