Our team includes over 2,000 professionals across national and international offices.At NFQ, we offer a different consulting model:Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Close to clients.Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experiencedProduct Owner / Seniorto join our team in São Paulo (hybrid model).If you're excited about leading Agile projects, managing backlogs, and aligning business goals with technology delivery, this is the place for youWhat will you do?Define product scope and elaborate detailed requirements.Write user stories and estimate the resources needed by the development team.Coordinate and manage sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.Work closely with developers to clarify doubts and prioritize demands.Monitor homologations and pilot phases.Prepare and follow up on project schedules, status reports, and control routines.Ensure on-time deliveries and project milestones.Identify risks, escalate when necessary, and propose mitigation plans.What are we looking for?Must HaveMinimum 3 years of recent experience as aProduct Owneror similar role.Languages:Professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish.Methodologies:Solid experience with Agile frameworks.Certifications:CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.Proactive problem-solving, ability to independently gather information and confidently engage with project stakeholders.Knowledge ofTreasury products(e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade Finance).Knowledge ofGlobal/Capital Markets.Familiarity withJira Software.Experience designingprocess workflowsandend-to-end product journeys.Ability to evaluate new products consideringlegal, tax, operational, and financial dimensions.Strongdata-driven decision making:able to define KPIs, interpret analytics, and drive continuous improvement.Advanced English.Nice to HaveExperience inbusiness modelingand understanding the full product lifecycle impact.Previous experience ininternational or multicultural environments, adapting product and communication to diverse markets.Familiarity withsystem integration, APIs, and service-oriented architecture (SOA / micro-services).Spanish is a PlusWhat do we offer?The opportunity to work in aninternational environmentwith potential mobility across global offices.Continuouslearning and development, with access to official certifications.Language classesto support your global career.Atailored career development planwith mentorship and merit-based growth.Dynamic and flexible work environment.Internal initiatives such assports, trips, and corporate events.CLT contract model, including:Health and dental insurance.Life insurance.Meal voucher.Transportation allowance.Learn more about us:Your next professional challenge is just one click away
