Lead Services Specialist – Customer/Call Center SupportWe are seeking a Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic Engineer to join our Baker Hughes Bently Nevada Remote Monitoring team.OverviewThe RM&D team provides remote monitoring support to customers worldwide, including power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, wind farms, and offshore oil & gas assets.Key ResponsibilitiesReview remote machinery and system notifications and assess data to validate potential issues.Log and track issues using the web-based case-management portal.Produce technical exceptions and periodic reports for customers.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex customer machinery and system issues.Execute work according to Bently Nevada guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in Condition Monitoring with a customer delivery focus.Minimum ISO Cat II Vibration Analysis Certification.Experience monitoring a wide range of critical and balance-of-plant machines, covering fluid-film and rolling-element bearings.Working knowledge of on- and off-line condition monitoring systems and associated transducers.Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts.Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).Proficiency with MS Office applications.Preferred LocationLatin America Remote Monitoring hub – Campinas, Brazil.BenefitsContemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.Employment DetailsSenior level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Other.Equal Opportunity EmployerBaker Hughes Company is an equal opportunity employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.R******#J-*****-Ljbffr
