Job Title: Junior Lifestyle Manager – UK Late-Night Shift Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Schedule: UK Late-Night / Early-Morning Shift (6 PM–2 AM UK Time) Compensation: $1,500 USD/month base salary + quarterly incentives ******% of base for high performers) About the Role We are hiring a highly organized, resourceful Junior Lifestyle Manager to support ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a fast-paced, chat-based concierge service.This role requires exceptional written communication, strong multitasking ability, and the creativity to manage urgent, unique, and sometimes complex requests.This is an urgent hire to cover a critical gap in late-night UK coverage.Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests through an in-app chat platform (similar to WhatsApp) with excellent written communication.Provide luxury-level, high-touch lifestyle support to demanding clientele.Manage time-sensitive, high-volume requests with accuracy and professionalism.Demonstrate creative problem-solving—think on your feet and operate without a strict playbook.Coordinate bookings, logistics, sourcing, research, and bespoke client tasks.Handle ambiguous or unusual requests efficiently (e.g., sourcing niche items or arranging last-minute services).Maintain discretion and deliver exceptional client experience consistently.Work collaboratively with internal teams while exercising sound judgment under pressure.Candidate Profile Background Experience: Experience in luxury service environments such as hospitality, concierge, boutique travel, VIP support, or high-touch customer service.Comfortable supporting demanding or VIP clients.Remote-work experience preferred.Skills Attributes: Outstanding written English communication.Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.Strong creative problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.Comfortable working non-standard hours long-term.Reliable, self-managed, and fast-paced.Availability: Immediate start preferred.Must be able to work UK late-night hours consistently.Compensation Base Salary: $1,500 USD/month (firm cap for this level) Quarterly Incentives: *****% of base salary for strong performers Selection Process Written Exercise Two back-to-back interviews: Multitasking/problem-solving pressure test Cultural fit interview Final conversation with senior leadership Additional Information Candidates may be required to complete a background check.Preference for LATAM talent—particularly from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and nearby regions—for long-term schedule alignment and retention.
