About the Role We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Buying & Trade to strengthen our Buying & Trading team.This role is responsible for planning and managing assigned categories, ensuring our stores receive the right product at the right time.With a strong focus on segmentation, differentiation, and strategic insights , you will align category strategy with key stakeholders, follow regional guidelines, and contribute directly to achieving our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) objectives.Key Responsibilities Conduct assortment analysis to identify seasonal risks and opportunities.Plan, purchase, and allocate products across stores to ensure availability and efficiency.Partner with key stakeholders (Brand, Retail Operations, Supply Chain) to guarantee execution of the strategy.Build reports and provide actionable insights on campaigns, product activations, and category performance, based on KPIs such as Sell-through, Rate of Sale, Weeks of Coverage, SM , etc.Drive continuous improvement in product and assortment planning efficiency.Manage the full product lifecycle (Retail Intro / Exit ), ensuring effective clean-up during transitions (End of Season Sale) and maintaining coverage of key articles.Requirements English: Intermediate to Advanced (conversational level required).Strong knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reports) and PowerPoint (presentations, strategy alignment).Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Why join us?At adidas, you'll be part of a global, collaborative, and dynamic environment , with opportunities to innovate, grow, and directly impact the success of our business.Ready to make an impact?Apply now and be part of a team driven by passion for sport, lifestyle, and performance
