Job OverviewThe Tech Lead for Java + Go Squad will oversee the technical direction and vision of our development team.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical discussions and design sessions to drive innovation and efficiency within the squad.Drive the implementation of best practices, standards, and technologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our tech stack, including Java/JEE, Go, Linux environments, and shell scripting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:+9 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java/JEE and Go programming.Advanced expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, and complex SQL scripting.Strong proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot.Proficient in building observability dashboards and metrics using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.Working knowledge of cloud technologies including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes.What We Offer:A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and learning.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive compensation package.
