Senior Power BI DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Power BI dashboards and data models.They will be responsible for collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and working closely with the US team lead to align deliverables with overall project direction.Key responsibilities include hands-on development expertise, translating complex business requirements into effective visual analytics, and ensuring data governance, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.The successful candidate will have strong proficiency with Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Row-Level Security, and Power BI Service, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.They will be comfortable participating in on-site meetings with client teams and working independently, managing priorities, and proactively driving tasks to completion.Technical skills required include 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models, strong understanding of data modeling, ETL principles, and relational databases, and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise environments or with global clients, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and optimize Power BI data models, queries, and DAX measures to ensure performance and accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.Required Skills:Power BI DevelopmentData ModelingETL PrinciplesRelational DatabasesAgile MethodologiesWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologyCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development opportunities
