OverviewJoin Ledn as an Information Technology Manager.This is a full-time role within the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team.The ideal candidate will wear many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The role requires experience in security-first, rapidly growing environments, a passion for automation and infrastructure as code, and strong collaboration with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across the organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line customer-facing support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels.Own the end-user experience, from onboarding new employees to retrieving technology from departing staff.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (e.g., Jamf, MDM/EMM).Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base and automation efforts.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage identity and access management, including SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta) and related workflows.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; balance help desk tickets with project work; plan work in Jira using agile methods and sprints.Define and work toward objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API integration skills.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; comfort with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and calmly to diverse audiences.Proficiency in documentation, tickets, emails, and Slack communication.Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers; comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.Self-management with the ability to scope projects, prioritize, and work across multiple teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS and experience with GAM/command-line tools; relevant Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsRemote-friendly environment with global teammates; generous total rewards package, including PTO and equity.Opportunity to work remotely up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Ledn is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Equal Opportunity & ApplyYou may reach out to the Ledn team by email for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
