Kaspersky has been protecting individuals and corporate clients all over the world from cyber threats for 27 years.We have 400 million unique users, ******* corporate clients, 517 products, **** technological patents and 34 offices around the world.Today our team has more than ***** top level experts, all of them regular people with their own talents and hobbies.Together we protect the world from cyber threats.Join us to become part of an exceptional team, while remaining yourself and using your skills to keep us growing and evolving.We are looking for a motivated intern to support the eCommerce operations team at Kaspersky Latin America.You will gain hands-on experience with our online store processes, direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, marketplaces, and digital channels, with a focus on performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist with product listings and updates on the eCommerce platform (pricing, descriptions, images, licenses, etc.);Support in order tracking, license key delivery, and customer inquiries;Help execute promotional and commercial campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team;Monitor the user journey on our online store and suggest improvements;Generate simplereports and dashboards to analyze store performance (sales, conversion rates, top-selling products, etc.);Support communication with logistics partners, payment gateways, and global teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, Information Systems, or related fields (3rd semester or above);Interest in technology, eCommerce, and cybersecurity;Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;Well-organized and deadline-oriented;Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;Fluent English(reading and writing).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, VTEX, or similar);Familiarity with UX principles, SEO, or tools like Google Analytics;Basic understanding of cybersecurity or a strong interest in the tech industry.
