As you can imagine, this means that we have a vibrant and diverse mix of skills and people making Kagool a great place to work.As a Senior SAP FICO consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.Job Description :Being an SAP FICO Senior Consultant should be able to independently lead the module and drive & participate in business requirements workshops, conduct business meetings, system customizing, develop functional specifications, interact with business stakeholders, testing, train business users, master data, go live, support post go live.Demonstrate working experience of working with Brazil localization requirements like Nota Fiscal, Import Process, SPED Reporting, Brazil specific payment methos like Boleto, PIX, Actual Costing etc.Demonstrate working experience of 6+ years with local taxation and Withholding taxes in Brazil.Independently handle the accounts/projects either Implementations, Transformation, or support engagements.Tax reporting tool integrations.Primary Skills required:Minimum 10+ years' experience in SAP FI and CO modulesMinimum of 3 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 implementations on SAP FICO including Brazil rollouts/localizations.Knowledge in Record to Report Macro Process (R2R)Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset AccountingAreas in controlling must include Product Costing, COPA, Profit Centre, and Cost Centre Accounting as well as Internal Order Management.Comprehensive understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide).
Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems (Mastersaf, Synchro, etc.)Experience in Product Costing (material ledger, actual costing, variance analysis) and integration with MM/PP for manufacturing environments.Strong business process knowledge in accounting, finance and controllingAt least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesExperience in conduction workshops and freeze the requirementsExperience in preparation of blueprints and solution documentsExperience in writing functional specificationsKnowledge of LSMW and other migration toolsExperience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deploymentInvolvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like SD, MM, HR, PP, and PM.Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) and strong English (for global coordination) communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.Portuguese speaking to communicate with Local business users and English to communicate with wider team globally.Planning and Co-ordination skillsSecondary Skills – Preferred :SAP technical experience (Basic to Intermediate level only) - Debugging (Basic Level) Familiar with User-Exits/BADIs and other enhancements availableCapable of working with developer in Reporting, ALE, EDI-Mapping, Interface.Exposure to FSCM would be an added advantageExposure to other SAP modules is desirable.Additional domain experience will be an advantage.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or other related subject.
