OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Senior Data Engineer for our CARE - Deep Individual Data team in PortugalThis is a Remote – Portugal position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Portugal.Join our growing CARE (Coach on Artificial Intelligence for Real Engagement) team at Wellhub and help us build the next generation of AI-powered solutions.This role focuses on organizing and leveraging digital information about users and people to enhance user experience and recommendations.This project involves collecting user data from various sources in multiple formats (photo, video, text, audio).You will be instrumental in processing, analyzing, and utilizing this data to improve the user experience, user recommendations, business insights, and overall platform quality.Such candidates must be avid learners and be prepared to learn quickly.We use data and software engineering principles to solve large-scale production challenges.Our infrastructure is completely in the cloud, running many more cutting-edge projects.YOUR IMPACTYou will develop and maintain data models and structures that enable efficient querying and analysis;You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources, while adding business context and semantics to the data;You will engage engineering and product teams to elicit requirements and present solutions to top managementKnowledge of data pipeline tools and technologies (e.g., Airflow, EMR, Kafka).You can collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and develop effective data pipelinesYou are comfortable understanding big data concepts to ingest, process, and make data available for data scientists,
