About Qase, we're building a better testing management platform for teams to streamline their QA processes and achieve faster releases.At our company, we're looking for a versatile Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our product, sales, and customers—driving adoption, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Responsibilities: Assist with technical discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations, manage Proof-of-Concepts, and provide technical input for RFP/RFI responses.Post-Sales Responsibilities: Own end-to-end customer onboarding, lead deployment activities, build implementation playbooks, serve as the technical escalation point during implementations, and conduct workshops and training sessions.Technical Responsibilities: Hands-on engineering, system design & Architecture, security & Compliance, and technical documentation.Candidate Requirements:Core Skills: Technical Expertise, Customer-Facing Skills, Problem-Solving, Experience, Tools You'll Use, Soft Skills We Value.Key Deliverables:Deliver smooth, on-time customer implementations and migrations.Drive faster time-to-value for customers through structured, seamless onboarding.Shorten sales cycles with impactful technical demos.Reduce churn by offering exceptional post-sales support.Provide actionable feedback to enhance the platform.
