We are one of the most prestigious business and technology companies in Latin America, with a specialized methodology and technical team in automation and Hyperautomation.We are looking for an IDP Consultant to join our team and deliver end-to-end IDP solutions.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze document requirements, design extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows, including human-in-the-loop validation.What You'll Do· Analyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
· Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.
· Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
· Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.
· Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.What We're Looking For· Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.
· Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.
· Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.
· Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/ Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.
· Experience with ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.
· Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
