**About the Client**:Our client is a leading marketing agency in the US, that works with local businesses.The agency is known for driving growth through innovative and strategic marketing solutions, offering a collaborative environment and a strong focus on work-life balance.**About the Job**:We are seeking a skilled and strategic** Paid Ads specialist** to lead our paid advertising efforts.In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across **Google, and Meta.** You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.Experience in **Digital Marketing Agencies **is required.Experience in the **home services niche **preferred**.****What You'll Be Doing**:- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals.- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.- Analyze campaign data to continuously refine performance and maximize ROI- Conduct audience research to effectively target key demographics and improve ad relevancy.- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to adjust campaign strategies as needed.**Who We're Looking For**:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital paid advertising within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.- Proven expertise in developing and managing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta Ads.- Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.- Excellent understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.- Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering results for clients.- **Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.****Position**: Paid Ads Specialist**Remote Status**: Fully Remote**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM EST**Salary**: USD **** - USD ******Internal Job ID**: ****
