Company Description Creative Forge LLC partners with Shopify health and wellness brands to help them scale their businesses to over $1 million per month in revenue.By leveraging full funnel optimization, including static ads, pre-sale pages, product pages, and email campaigns, the company effectively lowers customer acquisition costs (CAC) while improving conversion rates (CVR).Our focus is on delivering strong results and impactful growth for our clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Role Description This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Senior Shopify Marketing Designer at Creative Forge, a performance-focused creative agency that partners with Shopify-based health and wellness brands to scale revenue through high-converting static ads, pre-sale pages, product pages, and email flows.The Senior Shopify Marketing Designer will design and optimize conversion-driven Shopify experiences across the full funnel, with a strong focus on CRO, e-commerce UX, and direct-response marketing principles.Responsibilities include translating strategy and copy into high-performing designs, iterating on existing pages based on performance insights, and collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure designs are conversion-optimized, build-ready, and consistent across brand systems.This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who can move quickly within a defined scope while maintaining a high bar for visual quality, usability, and measurable performance outcomes.Qualifications Primary Job Duties:Shopify website and landing pages creation, design and optimizationEmail campaigns & blog visualsBrand guideline creation and conceptualizationEvolve and maintain a consistent visual language across platformsRequired Skills and CompetenciesSenior-level UX/UI design experience (5+ years preferred)Strong experience designing Shopify websitesDeep understanding of e-commerce UX, CRO principles, and user behaviorExpert proficiency in Figma, including component systems, styles, auto-layout, and clean file organizationFamiliarity with Canva and ability to translate designs into a professional design systemExperience working closely with developers and preparing designs for handoffStrong attention to detail, visual polish, and usability best practicesAbility to work efficiently on a defined scope without unnecessary over-engineeringExcellent English — we collaborate a lotBased between GMT-5 and GMT+2Full-time availabilityThe Interview Process:1??
