youResponsibilities:Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of production systems, creating high-quality alerts to improve incident detection and prevention.Preferred tools: AppDynamics (advantageous), New Relic, DataDog, Dynatrace, or similar.Software Architecture Support: With prior experience in software development, understand the solution's architecture and identify opportunities to enable monitoring and custom alerts.Preferred languages: Java and/or Golang (not mandatory).Troubleshooting: Investigate real-world production issues using reported metrics to identify root causes, collaborating with the application team.Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve the reliability and performance of services.Requirements for this challenge:Practical experience with performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics is a plus, but New Relic, DataDog, or Dynatrace are also acceptable).Background in software development, with a solid understanding of architecture and system integration.Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Golang (preferred, not mandatory).Experience with SRE practices and DevOps culture.Experience in troubleshooting and solving production issues.Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.Nice to have:Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other
