Responsibilities
Analyze and process data for operational and decision-making purposes
Collaborate with functional teams to create valuable information
Validate and test data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Communicate complex analysis results to influence business decisions
Support sales enablement activities, including customer master maintenance and account restructuring
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC)
Skilled in handling MasterData and Valgensis
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Familiarity with vendor credentialing processes for hospital facilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and issues
Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
Ability to document processes and procedures effectively
