Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our infrastructure initiatives.As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying cloud-native systems on AWS that meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security.Our team is dedicated to building cutting-edge infrastructure for companies shaping the future of AI, fintech, cloud services, and beyond.We believe in autonomy, ownership, and solving complex problems at scale.As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing cloud-native systems on AWS that deliver exceptional performance and uptimeOwning Kubernetes clusters: architecture, automation, observability, and performance tuningBuilding Terraform modules and GitOps pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce manual workCrafting CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and ensure new features are deployed safely and efficientlyAutomating everything: provisioning, monitoring, security – with the best tools for the jobPushing systems to *****% uptime across billions of transactions a yearPartnering directly with product engineers, security, and leadership to ship infrastructure that drives growth and successMentoring teammates, reviewing code, and helping define best practices as we scaleYou will be responsible for leading our infrastructure efforts and driving innovation in our engineering organization.To succeed in this role, you will need:7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability EngineeringA strong track record of delivering results in LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP)Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and TerraformA deep understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and cloud-native securityThe ability to scale systems to handle high-volume, high-availability workloadsProficiency in scripting or coding – Python, Go, or Bash are all greatAn eye for automation and eliminating manual work wherever possibleStartup or growth-stage experience is highly valuedExcellent async communication skills (Slack, GitHub, Docs)Bonus points if you have:Built infrastructure for AI/ML systems, SaaS, or telco-scale appsUsed tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, Elastic Stack, or EKSLed technical teams or been a mentor for junior engineersObtained certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Azure Admin
