The Administrative Analyst provides business, financial, and office management support for oil and gas laboratory operations specializing in and water analysis.This role focuses on financial tracking, sales and contract administration, budgeting, and operational reporting while supporting laboratory activities through accurate documentation and coordination.The position bridges technical laboratory services and business operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Budget AdministrationTrack laboratory operational expensesPrepare financial summaries, cost reports, and variance analyses for management reviewSupport invoicing, billing verification, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processesAssist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesMonitor purchase orders, service contracts, and vendor paymentsMaintain client records, sales reports, and revenue tracking dashboardsAct as a point of contact for administrative coordination with clients regarding documentation, and billingOffice & Administrative ManagementManage office operations, supplies, and administrative workflows for the laboratory and business unitMaintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring document control and data securityReporting & Business AnalysisCompile operational, financial, and sales data into regular management reportsAnalyze trends in costs, revenue, and service utilization to support decision-makingCompliance & CoordinationEnsure administrative compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirementsSupport audits by preparing financial and administrative documentationCoordinate with laboratory, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business and technical activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field5 - 7 years of experience in an administrative, financial, or business analyst role, preferably in oil and gas, energy, or laboratory servicesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting toolsExcellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting laboratory, technical, or oil and gas service operationsFamiliarity with budgeting, invoicing, and contract administrationExperience with ERP, accounting, or laboratory management systemsUnderstanding of oil and gas commercial and operational workflowsExcellent Written and Oral English is a mustFinancial analysis and attention to detailBusiness reporting and documentationClient-focused administrative supportStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOffice-based with regular interaction with laboratory and technical staffStandard business hours with flexibility during peak operational or reporting periods#J-*****-Ljbffr
