**About Us**Marketing has changed.Today, it's about using data to drive results that marketers can only dream of.Data and automation in an infinite game that looks beyond short-term goals and continually evolves.We can use the latest tech, the largest pool of data, but the most important part of the equation is our people.We have data scientists, management consultants, media planners, creative designers, programmers, innovators - people who innately want to disrupt the industry in order to help our customers win.To help our clients make better business decisions.To do that, we nurture 800 strong across 10 markets that serve 500 brands.We train, we grow, we develop our talent to bring the best version of themselves, for we realize that when they grow, we do too.We will keep discovering the truth and be fearless; leading us to continuously innovate and build a legacy that inspires the ones that come after us.Looking into the future, we are confident that we have everything possible to meet the challenges that are thrown at us armored with our growth mindset, our shareholder support, our board support, and our diversity of thought.The question is, are you ready to be part of this journey?**What will you do?**As the Senior Manager of Products | Customer Engagement Solutions, you will be responsible for the overall Product Strategy of ADA's Business Messaging Platform.It's your job to manage product capabilities by discovering and defining new features and requirements.You will have to wear customers' shoes to understand the real customer requirement and translate it into the business requirements that your technical teams can understand.- Overall responsible for the Product Life Cycle including product delivery, planning, development, testing, and implementation.- Mentored technical teams to translate business requirements.- Design & implement new product ideas based on business requirements.- Create product backlog for future Phases.- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.- Explain the backlog and business requirements to development teams.- Overseeing & Evaluating product development stages.- R&D activities to understand the new technologies and best practices.- Participating in daily Scrum, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives- Negotiation of effort calculations for changes and new development.- Staying accessible to development Teams to answer questions.- Manager Product tracker, daily issues & Performance tracker.**What skills and experience you will need?**- 7+ years of experience in product development life cycle.- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a technology company.- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.- Ability visualizes theoretical models and design ideas (must).- Strong verbal communication skills.- Strong interpersonal, client relationship, stakeholder management, project management, and peer development skills.- Sound knowledge in programming language and infrastructure.- Strong knowledge of Programming languages & REST API's.- Experience in OTT Apps & ChatBot integration will be an added advantage.- A degree holder in engineering related disciplineValues which support our vision and culture:- Act NOW- Win Win- Shape Industries- Driven by Data- Stay Humble, Stay Hungry- Disrupt the Status Quo
