What you will doAs an Future Talent Automation Specialist, you will: Develop and test applications of different systems following internal guidelines and tools for production processes in the food industry, mainly beverages and dairy products;
Perform complete I/O checks of electrical panels;
Travel to customer sites to complete equipment commissioning;
Manage multiple projects as needed;
Maintain a professional attitude and working relationship with colleagues and clients.
We believe you have Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or related fields;
Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025;
Availability to travel up to 20% of the time during the trainee program, with the expectation of increased travel (up to 50%) after the development phase;
Passion for excellence;
Customer centricity;
Interest in taking your career to the next level;
Analytical and communication skills, initiative, team spirit, and willingness to be part of a multicultural company;
Intermediate English level (Spanish would be a plus);
Quality-focused;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
