OverviewWe are seeking a Growth Analyst to support our team in uncovering insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning metrics into meaningful business action.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvementsSupport experimentation efforts by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other data-driven initiativesBuild dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the user funnel, campaigns, and customer lifecycleCollaborate with marketing and product teams to develop hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiativesAssist in developing segmentation strategies and reporting frameworks to support personalization and targeting effortsQualifications2+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics roleProficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4)Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention)Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsComfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)Competitive USD payHealth insurance stipendWFH stipendEducation stipendCo-working membershipTraining modules accessAnnual performance review10 PTO days per yearSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdvertising, Marketing, and AnalystIndustriesMarketing Services, Advertising Services, and Social Networking Platforms#J-*****-Ljbffr
