We're a data services software company building an unparalleled data collection pipeline on AWS, written in Go and Typescript.Our one-stop lead generator platform focuses on innovation, quality, and accessibility.The Customer-facing part of the solution is a Typescript and GraphQL-based web application deployed on AWS.We use a serverless paradigm with most code running as AWS's Lambdas and managed by Terraform.As a Senior Backend (Typescript) Engineer, you'll be responsible for the quality of our data processing pipeline, creating and reviewing processes that affect speed and cost efficiency, ensuring all steps are integrated seamlessly, optimising the product for continuous scalability, and delivering ongoing process improvement.You'll collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer to meet aggressive development timelines and own complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality under pressure.A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldA minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in Backend Software EngineeringExperience using Typescript for Backend DevelopmentBusiness Proficiency in English is essentialMeticulous attention to detailProven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong history of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.We foster innovation and novel approaches to problem-solving while keeping user needs at the forefront of mind.Quality is paramount.
