Internal Audit and SOX SpecialistOur team seeks an experienced Internal Audit and SOX Specialist who can take on diverse projects, driving process improvements, assessing controls, and developing well-documented solutions.We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead teams through rigorous audits.Key responsibilities include interacting with process owners in Portuguese, playing a key role in assignments, handling SOX and Audit engagements, exposure to Internal Audit, Process Reviews, SOP, and other risk management engagements, designing and assessing processes and controls, driving improvements, addressing queries on SOX and audit issues, understanding COSO ****, experience in process documentation, report writing, root cause analysis, remediation, and providing mentorship to team members.This role involves working on projects encompassing the entire gamut of Sox – from conceptualization to designing to implementation of the entire SOX program including documentation and control testing.Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Build and sustain collaborative relationships across departments to drive business objectives.
