Deliver high-impact design solutions as a key member of our cross-functional team.As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of our projects.Key Responsibilities:Support active design projects during staff PTO and overflow periods.Mentor and guide other UI Designers to improve their skills.Define and implement visual direction for project rollouts.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.Advocate for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholders.We offer a dynamic work environment that values creativity and innovation.If you have expertise in Figma, Apple HIG, Google Material Design, and web design best practices, we want to hear from youThis is not a freelance or flexible-hour role; candidates must be available full-time during EST working hours to collaborate with internal and client teams, attend meetings, and deliver design solutions as needed.Open to being worked remotely in any south American country.
