Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage your expertise in SOC 2 compliance to develop and implement comprehensive control frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline compliance workflows, ensure seamless audit preparation, and maintain ongoing adherence to industry standards.Develop, update, and maintain security and compliance policies, procedures, and documentation within our centralized platform.Evaluate and monitor third-party vendors, ensuring their alignment with our security standards.Facilitate smooth and efficient SOC 2 audits by providing real-time evidence and reporting utilizing our tools.Integrate compliance requirements into SaaS product development and operations through collaboration with engineering, IT, and product teams.Design and deliver training sessions on SOC 2 compliance requirements and best practices for maintaining a secure SaaS environment.Utilize our reporting features to track compliance metrics, generate reports, and communicate our security posture to internal stakeholders and external clients.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent English communication skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in compliance, information security or risk management with a focus on SOC 2 compliance in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platformsProven track record of successfully managing SOC 2 audits and implementing controlsStrong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud security, and data privacy principlesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO *****, HIPAA, GDPR, or NIST CSFProficiency in using compliance automation platforms for evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and vendor risk managementExcellent project management and organizational skills to manage complex compliance initiativesStrong communication skills to liaise with technical teams, auditors, and leadershipDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementAbout UsWe offer a dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism.What We OfferA competitive compensation packageOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA collaborative and supportive work environment
