Job Description:We are seeking a senior software engineering leader to spearhead the development of AI-native services.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js and experience with either Golang, Node.js, or Java, with a strong desire to adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology.This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient systems that integrate AI models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems.Key Responsibilities:AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, ensuring outputs are production-ready and aligned with enterprise utility requirements.System Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, cloud-native codebases using best practices.Security & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent regulations, implementing secure coding practices by default.Requirements:Excellent English communication skills.5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.Strong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job).Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams.Desired Experience:University degree or relevant industry experience.
