About Our TeamWe are a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering apparel and products from a network of vendors at affordable prices.Headquartered in Singapore, we remain committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting our industry-leading on-demand production methodology for a smarter future-ready industry.Our team is continuously expanding globally, with over 16,000 employees operating from offices around the world.Job RoleWe are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain team with strong analytical and project management skills, solid experience in operational planning, exception handling, and continuous improvement.This professional will ensure workforce, equipment, and infrastructure are strategically dimensioned and continuously optimized to meet operational volumes with quality, agility, and cost efficiency.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Operations Specialist will develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term capacity and workforce planning for operations, analyze and allocate resources based on demand and performance, and ensure operational Key Performance Indicators such as efficiency, Service Level Agreement, absenteeism, and Units Per Hour are continuously tracked and improved.This person will lead exception handling routines, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions to stabilize processes.The role includes managing and executing continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction, performing time and motion analysis to establish standard times, eliminate waste, and improve process flow.Collaboration with global and local teams is essential to align planning strategies, forecast volumes, and validate supplier capacity.The position also requires preparation of performance reports and the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management.RequirementsProven experience in Operational Planning, Exception Handling, and Process Improvement within logistics or e-commerce operations.Strong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning and Sales and Operations Execution processes, fluent English for daily interaction with international stakeholders, advanced analytical and communication skills, and solid experience with data analysis tools.Nice to HaveExperience with Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations, advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, experience managing projects using structured frameworks and Key Performance Indicators, familiarity with process mapping and automation tools, and prior experience conducting time and motion studies or labor standardization initiatives.),
