OverviewData Migration Manager (Implementation Specialist), Enterprise and Strategic — fully remote role focused on overseeing the seamless transfer of client data from legacy platforms to new systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and minimal disruption.The role involves coordinating with clients, CRM providers, and internal teams to manage end-to-end migration processes and improve migration practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of data migration projects, from initial planning to final executionCollaborate with clients, CRM providers, and payment system representatives to collect, validate, and prepare data filesDetermine optimal migration timelines and coordinate schedules for all stakeholdersMaintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates and resolve concernsConfidently operate software tools and systems relevant to data migration (no programming required)Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metAdhere to strict guidelines and agreements to maintain accuracy and consistencyParticipate in cross-team discussions on product, sales, support, and performance metricsQualificationsExcellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skillsTechnical proficiency with standard software tools used in data migration processesProven project management experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to detect and prevent errorsHigh energy and proactive mindset, anticipating challenges and taking initiativeExceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, priorities, and deliverablesComfortable working in a flat, open organizational culture with direct access to team membersInterest in long-term collaboration, including participation in stock option programsBase payRange: $28,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yrBenefitsCompetitive base salary: $28,000-$30,000 USDBonus structure: 2% of Migration CW ARR for Primary and 1% for Secondary Data Migration ManagerStock options participation30 days of paid time offHome office setup assistance, including furniture and monitor supportEnglish learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually)Professional education reimbursement (50%, up to $1,500 annually)Gym or swimming pool reimbursement (50%, up to $500 annually)Coworking reimbursement (up to $250 monthly)Fully remote work flexibilityNote: This position is posted by Fundraise Up on behalf of the employer.All other references to external screening platforms have been removed to reflect the core job information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
